Wimborne Saskia is a 4 year old mare whose quality is very hard to find.
Saskia is by the frozen semen sire, Swarovski (Sandro Hit/Don Gregory/Rubenstein), out of Wimborne Who's Miss Encounter (Maroomba Who (ASH) x Close Encouters(WB)). Saskia's breeding makes her a valuable broodmare as well as riding horse.

Saskia is a small warmblood measuring 155cm (15.2hh) at 4 years of age. She is a great riding horse type and has excellent conformation.

Saskia's temperament and trainability is second to none. She learns quickly and easily, is easy to handle in all respects and is just an absolute pleasure to work with. She is sensible, calm, confident and accepts new challenges and situations with ease. Saskia is always waiting at the gate when she sees her rider coming towards her paddock, she is easy to catch, leads well, ties up, washes down, rugs and loads on a float with ease.

Saskia was lightly broken in as a 3.5 year old, spelled for 6 months and the photos you now see were taken after being back in work for 6 weeks. Saskia never seems to have a bad day and just gets better and better with each ride. Saskia is responsive to the aids, has a great work ethic and most importantly is lots of fun.
