Terms and Conditions of Win a Service to Contenda

1. The promoter is Wimborne Park Stud whose registered office is at 8 Peebles Rd, Arcdaia NSW 2159, Australia

2. Employees of Wimborne Park Stud or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. Entry is available to Australian Residents only.Entrants under 18 years of age must gain parental approval prior to entering this competition.

5. The competition commences at midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time on 1st September 2019 and closes at Midnight (Australian Eastern Daylight saving Time) on 31st December 2019. Entries must be received within these times and dates to be valid.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. The rules of entry for the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:
The prize consists of either a single dose of frozen semen from the stallion Contenda or a chilled semen service fee form the stallion Wimborne Confederate valued at $1650. In entering this competion the winner agrees to accept all the terms and conditions contained within Contenda's Silver Breeding contract version 2019 and Wimborne Confederates Gold Breeding contract version 2019 issued by Wimborne Park Stud.  As no service fee is payable the prize in respect to Wimborne Confederate does not include a pregnancy guarantee.Contenda's Silver Breeding Contract can be downloaded by clicking here. Wimborne Confederate's breeding contract can be downloaded here. The winner is resposible for all costs associated with the freight of the frozen semen to the storage facility of their choice(for Contenda), chilled semen collection and freight (for Wimborne Confederate),all and any costs and risks associated with the breeding of their mare. Entrants are advised to consult with their vet for professional advice as to the risks of breeding and the suitablilty of breeding with their mare. 

9. Details of how to enter are as follows:

2. Select the Win a Service Fee page
3.Sit back, watch and enjoy the short videos of Contenda and Wimborne Confederate displayed on the page

4.Select which stallion want to win the service fee to.

5.During the stallions video you will receive details of a question that you will need to answer in order to enter the competition

6.Complete all steps and you are in with a chance to be the winner of a service fee to either Contenda or Wimborne Confederate!
The steps include watch the stallions videos, Choose your favourite stallion,write an answer in 50 words or less to the question posed on the video.Submit your entry by sending an e mail to wimborneparkstud@gmail.com, including your name, e mail address and answer to the question. Like the facebook page www.facebook.com/contendastallion/

All steps and rules must be completed and abided to in order for the entry to be valid.

10.Only one entry per person will be accepted. 

11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter€™s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. This is a competition of skill and winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondance will be entered into.

14. The winner will be notified by email  within 28 days of the closing date. The winners name and answer to the question posed will be displayed on Contenda's Facebook page and also on the Wimborne Park Stud website. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter will liase directly with the winner in order to organise collection of the prize.

16. Entering this contest acknowledges that you agree to the terms and conditions of the contest as detailed at www.wimborneparkstud.com.au.Entrants also acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entry to the competition confirms. a complete release of Facebook.
